Roxanne Jones: I would imagine another aspect of this is that because it's a startup, when you release open source libraries and things like that, it's kind of marketing. "There needs to be marketing with a new business of any sort," she says. She writes an HTTP handler from scratch using standard lib that speaks to your code in seven minutes. It's not conceptually so different from rest but there are more than one GRPC implementation for each language.
