The Three E's of a Successful Phone Call
Dr. Summer: You have to have those three E's and you have to have somebody who has enough of an emotional IQ enough self awareness to recognize what that looks like in all the different forms. Practice and role play is so important and it's really awkward, right? Dr. Summer: If they can get over that and just kind of embrace it and go for it, it's like everybody is doing this right now. And it's easier when they're handling real-life phone calls.
