The All-Black Coach's Take on the Talent Factory

As an all-black coach, will you rely on the system to produce that upcoming talent? Or did you have any of the ground at first 15 level? or did you have your own scouts outside the system? The second question which came in potentially similar is, Wayne, what's your take on the first 15 rugby becoming the talent factory ahead of club rugby and as club rugby slowly dying in New Zealand. And I think that's something that Sydney and Foster does as well. We've had traditionally an amazing amount of talent come through from schools and clubs. It's getting younger and younger. But you need to have an iron who's coming through.
