Iangar: I want to talk a little bit about some of the, you know, core things that people should be thinking about incorporating into their daily routine. We think that if we had people do a little bit of myofascial work, rolling, soft tissue, self massage, whatever language you're comfortable with, in the evening before they went to bed, that was a great entree in to understand your body.
