Are We Doing It Wrong?

Fun is that ingredient that makes everything else better. But the way to make it good, not cringy, and helpful is, i think it has to be organic. The leader can't like, say, all fine, for you guys to have fun now they don't have to organize it. In fact, it's great when it's not. But they have to take part, because if the leader's not part of it, then it it, it's knocking a stick.
