Uber CEO Travis Kalanick: " clarifying questions are so important" Ask if there have been any new regulations that had been released or amended in the country of which we're operating in. Or if it's a global issue that's affecting all the users, maybe this was a new regulation that hit the US. If you really can't find us out after 15, 20 minutes, I would say is just say that you're going to talk to customers straight out.
