Minetel - A Social History of the Internet

i grew up on minnie tell, a document that i very much grew up on. It is almost a protocol history, or it's a social history of the internet. Minetel was a public data network that was started in france and became accessible to people in the general public by the early 19 eighties. We make the claim that this is one of our longest running public communication interstructures.
