The Only Way You Can Be Important Is by Being Really Big
I think there was a fundamental disbelief that you could deliver power to people's homes in any other way than they already were thinking of. I guess it was the apsute arrogance of their knowledge and their way of doing things. The concept that somebody could do something in a different way wasn't just about one person, was completely alien to them. And what was all so fascinating is that the only way that you could be important was by being really big. And i think one of the things that we've proved over years is that you don't need to be the biggest to make change. Yes, sometimes you can be the smallest e and you can still make big change.
