The Media and Democracy
When guttenberg invented the printing press, there was no media as we understand it now. At each interval, the media has been a representation of what humans are experiencing at that moment. Even mc luan knew, knew, that media were make happin agents more than make aware agents. So i'm not sure where we got this notion of a purely objective, unbiassed media That seems more a creation of the imagination to pit one side against the other than any fair and balanced fact.
