The Maze of Mythology
Fineman: I was imagining some interesting parallels here between the maze as a psychological research instrument and the maze of myth. What they're doing in both cases is trying to strip away extraneous detail and context from from the decision of the character, whether that's an animal or character in a story. Fineman: It doesn't exactly work with theseus. He comes in armed with tools and information that he technically should not have if this were a fair fight.
