The Dance Between Contemplation and Activist

There's this debate between these two schools of thought within the Christian tradition, which we would call like contemplative and activist. I think of it even within Kung Fu, there is the Eastern wisdom, but also fighting racism. How do you balance that twofold path of the inner life, and then kind of the outer justice?
