The Ukrainians Need Accountability, Not Blank Checks
Ambassador Taylor: If we constrain ourselves on what we give to the Ukrainians, that will prolong it. Republicans have said they don't want to write a so-called blank check to Ukraine when you hear that type of language. No one wants more than the Ukrainians for those weapons to get to the right place.
