The Importance of Commercial Real Estate

In a competitive job market like we have now, I don't see it being a competitive advantage to tell people you've got to come and work in an office. This is not a big selling point to most employees, especially employees with kids. If they were to lower the rates of the units, what that would actually do is value their building at a lower point. You can put the most gorgeous building out in the middle of North Dakota but it doesn't have any value because there's no customers.
