Sally Kohn: I think for any great entrepreneur, you will probably believe that you will do that job better than anyone. But if you have a hundred percent capacity and you can hire two people to do it at 80% of what you would do, a simple math equation there means you got a hundred and sixty percent output. She says she loves pulling herself out of her job but has learned the hard way about how not to be dominant in meetings. "I've just come in and they're expecting me to be in everything," said Kohn. “And I'm like, nope, y'all solve for it."
