The Relationship Between the Intellect and the Ego

The less in touch with our emotions we are, the less we're able to regulate those. The more insidious thing is the relationship between the intellect and the ego. That's ego overcoming intellect. And even if you think about it, what am i actually doing in that moment? I'm providing a lot of justification for my actions.
