The Watchmaker Argument - Did God Create Everything?

The argument is that complicated things were obviously designed because otherwise, how could they be complicated? But once I step you all the way back, it's not just complicated things that you think are designed. You think everything was designed, the entirety of the universe. So based on your perspective, that's always going to apply whether you pick up a rock or whether you're looking at a baby. They both have the same criteria for you because you think that God created everything. And that just doesn't do it for me.
