Narcissism is a disorder where the ego cannot tolerate any sort of feedback that would suggest like, wow, I might have hurt someone when I did that. These a person with a narcissist personality is very easily wounded with your words. They're not the person that you can give that sort of direct feedback to. Those are the ones that are going to have a lot harder time socially engaging and taking risks. And so that's on the very severe end.
