The Importance of Independent Reporting in Radiology Training
Trainees at our hospital are expected to report a large number of studies with independence, making their own decisions. Whereas some other institutions, they're quite protected. They have very little access to that kind of setting. And so I think it's really important to dial your gauge into what's normal, what's abnormal and independently do them without the consultant holding your hand all the time.
