The concept of not shipping is one we should explore as well some point, because i think there's a whole bunch of different reasons why people end up calcified organizations and o calcified and not shipping. We said before in this podcast that if you're undoing a decision ten years into a start up existence, it's likely a see tos decision somewhere. But actually those 30 or forty engineers are not just building new features, they are also solving bugs. They are doing some of their gardening work to reduce te dept. And what we usually see s that about anywhere between 50 % of the time of those engineers actually goes towards new customer value.
