The Difference Between Head Hair and Beard Hair?
When you color your eyebrows, the eyebrows don't have a large area for dyes to penetrate. And so they look colored more quickly. Also, conversely, the hair color falls out of eyebrows very quickly as well. So I would say your eyebrows probably too, unless they're totally white, have some background color already in them that can help buffer some of the pigment you're trying to add.
