There's got to be leaks all over the place, ecause most people don't have something that's sitting and monitoring their water usage. Nobody really monitors their meter to make sure that it's not just spinning when wateris not in use. And i think this is a massive tail win for these companies. I think the state and the cities might finally open up their check books and say, ino, lot. We don't have a choice at this point will we got to spend whatever it takes?
