In general, with a moretang style economy, there's going to be more of these sula spillovers around. So for example, patenting, an intellectual property law, which essentially seeks to allow private firms to appropriate the gains that they get from intellectual property. And so nothing gets done except arguments between individuals, essentially about how to split up the cake. I was surprised that you were not more aggressive on this issue. Why don't you go more aggressively in the direction of abolishing the pattern system or weakening it substantially?
