The Balance of Domestic and Non-African Talent in Africa
I'm envisioning throwing on an Oculus headset and being able to be test the different urban plans. That's a fascinating merge of Adams and bits like you said. One of the, one of the pieces you mentioned was talent. How do you balance optimizing for talent, but then also not negatively impacting the kind of socio economic ecosystem that exists in Africa today? Yeah. And so the short answer is we're going to terraform the culture by just being intentional and who comes in. But generally speaking, align the wealth of the entire citizenry and residential population with the productivity gains from created by people who are from other parts of the world.
