The Engioization of Columbia
vi j: Engioization, in a way, was the emergence of a kind of private sector social democracy. And that it brought the left to the centre, because the right,. you know, was basically dragging the centre to obscene places in the right wing. Look in in columbia, which is a country which has never really had a liberal centre. It was the mass demonstrations led by groups like congresso de pueblos and so on. Vi J: One hopes that in this new cycle rania, social democracy will assert itself. The left can go back to the task of the left left, which is to build the ramparts of the future.
