Oracle: A New Way to Do Business for Most People

Tech stocks have just been incredible this year and then they grow as a percentage of your portfolio. Uber is now one of my biggest positions, up 73% year to date. If it were in the index, Uber would be the seventh best performing stock. DocuSign, things are just okay. I can't just like unlimited in an unlimited fashion just be in every tech stock.
