The Problem With the Lautenberg Amendment

There are so many loopholes in preventing that domestic violence abusers can jump through to keep their firearms. The Lautenberg Amendment, for example, expanded on the violence against women and men but only 28 states have actually adopted laws that conform to it. Even my own state of Rhode Island now, we have a report released by the Attorney General saying that people were convicted of or accused of domestic violence and gun charges and released.
