In the Disney version, the queen also dies, but she just has like the classic Disney death of falling off a cliff or whatever. The King's kind of just absent, it seems, right? He's he's not even there. There's lots of interesting ways in which the the idea of Snow White becomes so central to Disney's sort of like further evolution of their fairy tale films.
