Far easy got into a straightforward e-commerce business. The offline side was fragmented and the company tried to consolidate it online. Instead of building all this out, it went on a shopping spree and started buying out companies. It paid a premium for some of these companies including ThieroCare. There are some similarities between Far easy and by Jews.
