Ar gast talks to mike about improvisation. Mike is a musician who teaches people how to do that, an people of all ages. He says the main barrier i have with improvising students is their own ability to conce or inconceive what improvisation is. It's like getting out o your comfort zone and preconceived notions of what something supposed to be.
