In our day, even to offer somebody to come into your house or go to someone else's house for dinner is a statement. Who you eat with is a statement of who you identify and associate yourself with. But apparently Jesus, he sees himself as redefining what it even means to be a part of his family. You have all these different kinds of people. And from the outside looking in, what does this look like? It looks like Jesus having a dinner party with the mafia and the slime. Are you with me here?"
