The Difficult Investigation of a Chinese Rock Singer
These videos are known as Chikan videos, it basically means people who grow up in public transport. We found dozens of accounts linked to different individuals and most of these accounts accept Chinese Jo-Ann. One account stands out, a PayPal account that takes Japanese yen and the owner has a Chinese name but if you simply google that name there's no meaningful information. The turning point came when we found an email address linked to this PayPal account on Dingbooju,. His name is Noctis Zhang and he turns out to be a Chinese born rock singer living in Tokyo. Later in our undercover meetings with him Noctis admitted having played an admin role behind the websites.
