I was surprised by how much of your life is flying by the seat of your pants. You don't want to hold too tightly to any routine or am types of foods, you just want to have fun. By keeping my training plan really flexible and loose, i have a ton of fun with training. Training still feels like really fresh, and it helps me tune ing to what my body is ally wanting to do that day.
