How Verizon and AT&T Block Video Streaming
Verizon or AT&T, they all do it here, have different quality profiles of Netflix videos. This is one of the reasons I decided to set up my PEP wave with their Fusion Hub VPN solution. They can't tell what it is and so they don't re-encode the video for me. It's so frustrating and to see Shaw do this for Plex, it really stinks.
