Movie Review - Mayor Quinly

The main character, played by tony kendall here, basically all the other dudes in the movie are just these unbelievable like creeps and dirt bags. And i'd say the one at the top of the heap is good old mayor duncan asis, played by some one named fernando sancho. Mayor quinly is on the sinsons exemt like the 19 seventies, a small portuguese or spanish town version of ye,. but without the charm that may at no tioner quime, sometimes lovable.
