The Power of Gluons

The strong force in general is very difficult to understand and also to do calculations with one because it's so strong. A lot of basic stuff about the strong force, we just don't know how to calculate as gluons can do this thing where they create other gluons. So a lot of these effects, other quarks in other places and gluons that are created by othergluons become very, very difficult to calculate due to their strength.
