Do You Think Your Customers Think the Same Way?

In your experience, the way you look at companies and how businesses are running right now, do you think that companies tend to underestimate the intelligence of the average customer? Broh, i don't know. I think we naturally have a tendency to believe that all of our customers think the same way we do. Most sos are that way. You have to detach from the way you see things and learn to see things as the world sees things. That can be hard to do.
