The Challenge of Communicating the Right Thing

I think that there's a real challenge here. We don't need necessarily a bunch of exceptionally posh recycling facilities, we need some really basic stuff. And that will provide the economic impetus to then do more stuff. So I agree we have to sort our own house out, but we need to sort the simple bit of the house before we start looking at more ambitious projects.
