The biggest learning moment concerning finding any team members is to move slow as you hire and figure out how to test the waters. The coaches that I have now originally, they were not hired as coaches. They were hired as like a marketing arm kind of. And then it was kind of just an evolution. So I think it worked well too, because they understood the mind of the customers so well,. Because they were deep in sales and marketing that that informs a lot of their approach to the coaching.
