Freshworks - Mobile First, Customer Support After
Quatewals was acquired by freshworks, which had been working on their own mobile estice as well. The team that was already building this at fresh works got attached to our team. So now we had a bigger team, and we could go after the same mission. We'v not just rebranded, brought in some of the capabilities that fresh works had already built also into our estice. It became more of a help and support focused experience. And we took this to market, still focused on mobile.
