Michael Spinel walked 130 miles through Alberta, Canada in June 2009. The walk was part of a silent group meditation hike on the Strong Bone Road. "The further I shuffled over the earth, the wider it became," he says. He returned to the site seven years later and is finally ready to talk about his experience.
