Long acting ARBs tend to minimize blood pressure and liability that are more even for older patients who have stiffer blood pressures than for a younger patient. Low Sartan has a shorter half life it's only about a four to six hour half life and so it should technically be dose twice daily that's part of the actual packet labeling and often it's not. It is often less expensive though so whichever one is going to be the least expensive option and that will be fully covered I recommend but almost art and generic.
