11 minutes a day of moderate intensity physical exercise can lower the risk of heart disease, stroke and some cancers by nearly 25%. That's according to a study published this week in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. The paper's author, Sorrem Brager, is from the MRC Epidemiology Unit at the University of Cambridge.
