The Barriers to Commercialization in Africa
There's 54 countries in Africa and none of them have similar regulations. The difference is standards within each state. It'd be great if we could all apply one standard, then subsequent to that it becomes far easier to deal between each other. Some African governments might have concerns about liberalizing the market totally.
