CNN's John Sutter challenges UFO believers to put up $1,000 for proof of extraterrestrial life. No one has responded so he sets a new date: December 31, 2024. He says the government does disclose actual aliens and it's obvious like the Chinese spy bloom. But that doesn't mean your pet theory is right or you can figure out what they are.
