Dont give way to regret. Don't look for those moments of life that are troublesome as obstacles. Look at those places as opportunities. Confess your weaknesses. And finally, don't give the devil an opportunity. Learn to watch for his tricks. Are you moving in the right direction? Are you seeing progressive change take place in your world of talk?"
