The Commerce Clause and the Constitution

The intention behind why the wrote the Commerce Clause is somewhat secondary to what Commerce actually means and it kind of has to be. The originalist would say okay well you know here's this word Commerce how are we supposed to understand what they meetWhat were they talking about? I think that then you might have a textual ist approach which is more like what you're talking about It's like well what does it say yeah and let's stick with just what it says but I think it have to become original is pretty quick though because words the meanings change society evolves.
