The Life and Times of an Acryon
An acryon fled into exile when Cyrus the Great besieged Asia Minor. He was invited to Samos by tyrant-policrities, but quickly became policardy's favorite. Joined court of Hipparchus and wrote complimentary odes about him. After Persian wars he returned home to Tios where he either died in old age or choked on a grape.
