This is the only time where it's like this, this like intimate and pure of God saying, let there be light and there was light in the Hebrew. He calls it into being first, but then he names it. And as we'll see through the rest of the creation story, like God, God does a lot of creating by saying like, Hey, let this happen. Let that happen.
