People need to aim for seven to nine hours of sleep routinely. Once you get below seven hours of sleep, we can measure im permanent in both the brain and the body. People who do what i've just told you to do, which ust go to bed at the same time and just get consistent good sleep, week end and week day, those people were in very good health. Those people who were short sleeping during the week, long sleeping at the week end, they were twice as likely to be in very poor health. They were about 30 % more likely to abuse alcohol. And they were about forty percent more likely to be using sleeping pills,. I hope that we have the time
