Building a Value Based Strategy for Bassett
Bassett is a very well integrated healthcare delivery system with hospitals, subacute and post acute care assets. I think one area where entrepreneurs could potentially help us is leveraging a platform or an infrastructure that really helps catalyze our movement to population health and to value. The incentives are just not aligned the way they should be to get us there. It takes a lot of upfront capital to be able to move in that direction.
